Genesis Acquisitions is a promotional marketing firm founded in 2017. Since opening our doors, we have had the opportunity to help expand various Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Companies brands in locations such as State College, PA; Altoona, PA; and now moving into the Williamsport area. We use our long-standing retail partnerships to manage our clients' direct marketing and sales efforts.

Dominique was born and raised in the “City of Champs” aka Boston, MA. He is a huge Boston sports fan with the Patriots being the favorite. Having a sports history, it’s no surprise that he is slightly competitive. Dominique moved to the Central PA area roughly six years ago; leading many family members to follow suit. Family is one of Dominique’s biggest motivators when it comes to his business. Motivational speaking is something he enjoys doing in his free time and in his business. He personally believes that life should be measured in experiences and takes the opportunity to travel as much as possible. He has often said that his passion is to help people. He has told every single person in this business that his goal is to help them reach their goals.

Genesis Acquisitions provides growth opportunities for each individual who joins our team based on merit not seniority. By pushing our team members to step outside of their comfort zones while practicing basic sales and marketing skills alongside mentors. All management starts at entry-level with lessons in marketing, teaching, training, and developing other team members, and mastering the back-end of business operations. From there, successful team members move into a Branch Manager position to oversee and manage a campaign or manage a territory.
In the Marketing & Sales Representative phase you will learn how to effectively execute an in-store marketing campaign for one of our Fortune 500 Clients. The Marketing & Sales Representative is usually the first line of contact for new and existing customers, so a big part of this phase is customer service. They will then help manage their own marketing campaign.
In the Account Manager phase, you will be responsible for one in-store marketing campaign. The Account Managers will focus on the relationship on one key account, as well as helping to continue to develop our process.
In the Training Manager phase, you will be responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout the city. The Training Manager will train Marketing & Sales Representatives and mentor Account Managers. Training managers also help develop the training process.
The Assistant Branch Manager’s responsibilities shift from in front to behind the scenes. The Assistant Branch Manager will start his/her training by learning how to do payroll, interview potential employees, as well as learn about the financial aspect of the business, including the company budget. The most important role of the Assistant Branch Manager is the planning of expansion.
The Branch Manager's role starts with Brand Management. The Branch Manager is responsible for in-store marketing campaigns in the territory. He or she will be responsible for making sure in-store marketing campaigns represent our clients’, the retail stores’ as well as our standards.
