STATE COLLEGE, PA – Since celebrating their grand opening in 2017, Genesis Acquisitions has developed a reputation for one of the growing marketing and advertising firms in the State College, PA area. Director of Operations at the firm, Dominique Ellis, attributes their accelerated growth rate to the motivated individuals that make up the team at Genesis Acquisitions.
While the director is quick to give credit to his crew, the team at Genesis Acquisitions believe that their success derives from the eagerness of the firm to recognize member’s achievements. In fact, Ellis is excited to announce their Representative of the Month Award has gone to James Lynch, Account Manager at Genesis Acquisitions for the month of January.
“James has been an outstanding example to follow for the team,” said Ellis on why Lynch was selected for the award. “He deserves recognition for the work that he’s been putting in.”
Before joining Genesis Acquisitions in February of 2017, Lynch served as a United States Marine for seven years. According to Lynch, graduating from the Marine Corps Boot Camp as an honor graduate was one of his greatest accomplishments.
“I learned a lot of transferrable skills during my time with the Marines, which I believe has helped me tremendously in my professional career,” Lynch stated.
Besides serving his country, Lynch is a dedicated fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers Basketball team and spends his free time listening to music. The account manager also makes it a point to make time for working out and staying physically active.
When asked what attracted him to a career at Genesis Acquisitions, Lynch responded by saying that the growth opportunities provided by the company was a key factor in his decision to join the team. According to Lynch, the company’s dedication to promotions based on merit as opposed to seniority, gave him hope that he’d be able to succeed within the company and bring success to himself and his family.
On top of the growth potential at the company, Lynch also enjoys the quarterly conferences that the company provides for the team. Lynch went on to say that one of his favorite memories since being at the firm is going to a regional seminar with the team in Orlando, FL.
“I’ve been trying to learn as much as I can during my first year here at the company, both in the office and at conferences” said Lynch. “I’ve seen myself grow both personally and professionally and I can’t wait to see what I’m going to achieve in 2018!”
